Terms of Service
These Terms set out the contractual relationship between Marventoq and its clients for logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding and related services in Australia. By using our services you agree to these Terms together with any Service Agreement signed between the parties.
Consumer rights, refunds & returns
Marventoq complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory guarantees apply to consumers and cannot be excluded. For non-consumer commercial clients, contractual terms apply.
- Notification: Report shipment damage or service issues within 5 business days for domestic deliveries.
- Refunds: Where a refund is due under ACL or our terms, we will process it within 14 days of agreement.
- Returns: Returns are processed per the return instructions in your service agreement or eCommerce portal.
Our returns centre supports reverse logistics, quality inspection and restocking for eCommerce partners.
Privacy & data handling (summary)
We collect and process personal information necessary to provide logistics services, including contact, shipment and customs data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints, dispute resolution & jurisdiction
We aim to resolve complaints promptly. If you have a concern, please contact our operations team. If unresolved, the dispute resolution steps below apply:
- Raise the issue via ops.smartexpansion@outlook.com or +61 42 975-83-16 with supporting details.
- Escalation: If not remedied within 14 days, escalate to the Compliance Officer at compliance@smartexpansion.au (or use our online contact form on Contacts page).
- External dispute resolution: For consumer disputes, parties may refer matters to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or state fair trading agencies.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Victoria applies unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping, customs & hazardous goods
Marventoq provides customs brokerage and cross-border logistics. Clients must ensure accurate declaration of goods and comply with Australian Border Force requirements. We reserve the right to suspend handling of goods that are undeclared, prohibited or require special permits.
For regulated or hazardous goods, provide MSDS and required permits before shipment. Additional handling fees and delays may apply. Marventoq will assist with clearance but any fines or penalties arising from incorrect documentation remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Additional notices & updates
We update our legal terms, policies and service conditions periodically. The current version is effective as of 1 May 2026. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
